We very appreciate that we can increase our opportunities for international exchange through the school-to-school connection. They even have a lot of subsidies. They have given us the courage to step out of the world and learn about the nursing background and exchange among different countries. This time we went to Suzhou for a study visit. We worked with teacher Zhuang Ruiling and five classmates.  We consulted information from zero to some, took a learning attitude, and interacted with the world. This visit includes Suzhou University and its affiliated Pingjiang New Hospital, Suzhou Municipal Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Tzu Chi Charity Foundation, Tzu Chi Suzhou Outpatient Department, Jiangnan University, and its affiliated Fourth People's Hospital, etc. I understand that Chinese medicine is widely used in the Chinese mainland. For example, in the internal medicine ward, there are not only western medicine treatment, but also traditional Chinese medicine treatment rooms that directly combine western medicine such as acupoint application, cupping, and scrapping. They can not only treat patients in the ward directly according to the doctor's advice but also reduce the side effects of western medicine. They can also reduce the outpatient hospitalization rate and medical cost, and other resources, to achieve curative medical effects. Because China's population, so the disease than relatively more difficult than Taiwan Province, in the case of disease than difficult, relative quality will also reduce, but in terms of technology, care principle is the same, only in the tracking of infectious diseases, they are relatively lacking, after providing referral information, go away; however, the emergency triage is a part that we should learn from. They have big data references and can use a computer to automatically analyze the four-level classification of patients' emergency degrees, reducing the time of nursing work, and even have triage room in an emergency, which can protect patients' privacy. Suzhou University and Jiangnan University, the top 100 famous universities in China, and Suzhou University, the predecessor of Soochow University, are visited everywhere. Many of the buildings are historical monuments. Although the appearance of the classrooms is ancient, the facilities for nursing classrooms are very complete. In the obstetrics and gynecology practical classroom, the classrooms are subdivided into four wards. The theoretical operations, such as delivery room, premature infant care, newborn care, and mother-to-child room, can not only deeply understand the precautions before and after the production, but also guide the teachers to conduct one-on-one careful teaching. Beyond gusu, the Wuxi medical college of Jiangnan university is located beside xuhu lakes. what's more, the campus is so big that busy students ride bicycles to school and even have buses on campus. I experienced the cross-cultural nursing course here. I sat in the classroom with the second-year undergraduate students of the nursing department and four foreign students and participated in the final report of the students. In the cross-cultural nursing course, I understood the differences of different cultures. The nursing staff is the first line and the most flexible link in the doctor-patient relationship. Individual nursing should be carried out for patients with different cultural backgrounds so that they can feel warm and even take this opportunity to improve the quality of treatment and make use of cross-cultural care. It is only by assuming from the other party's standpoint and always using a sympathetic attitude that everything can be done harmoniously. This course even requires students to apply foreign languages to explain the reporting process and results and analyze cases from different backgrounds. During the process, they can answer questions in English fluently. It is really necessary to review myself of the same age and improve my foreign language ability. After this international exchange, it can be said that both the former, the middle, and the latter have benefited a lot and received friendly treatment from local teachers and students as well as Tzu Chi volunteers. This makes me even more convinced that medical care knows no national boundaries because the occurrence of infectious diseases and diseases are all on the same piece of land. Of course, we must cooperate with other countries to effectively prevent them. China's traditional Chinese medicine technology is widely used. The rationale behind this is that medical care is developed one by one according to history and because there are many Chinese people. Therefore, in many medical services, many data can be used for reference. Amazingly, measures should be taken in nursing care can be achieved even when the ratio of nursing care to disease care is not balanced in a crowded situation. Even there is an independent blood analysis machine in the respiratory ward. The planning and disposal in the emergency room are very perfect. If the pros and cons are discussed and mutual support is given, surely the overall health care environment will be greatly improved. Think about the biggest difference is probably nursing guidance teacher, China's nursing teacher classification is very fine, practice only with practice, the administrative only make administration, teaching is only responsible for teaching, so a lot of professional, foundation is very carefully, of course, the quality of teaching will be very good, so the student's nursing foundation is also very solid, this is what Taiwan Province lack, because the lack of medical teacher manpower, lead to business is multifarious, but also don't know where to improve, really don't give up the teachers.
