This is an overseas internship. I learned the difference between of culture Singapore and Taiwan because Singapore is a multi-ethnic country, but everyone here gets along well with each other and there will be racial discrimination. As long as you discriminate against others, it is a very serious matter. The government will not allow such a thing to happen. Singapore also attaches great importance to elderly care and community-based health care. The elderly here will not feel like being confined in a nursing home. It is like coming to school where they can learn something and meet other friends. When young people come home at night, the environment is comfortable and the air is not stuffy. The overall arrangement is very warm. I think we should all learn from this. It does not mean coming or not, it needs the evaluation of the whole team. Also is not too young people who will leave the old man here, if can't cooperate can't come in here, let me think of in Taiwan Province, some of the elderly because family support system is low, from the whole environment in life to affect the physical and psychological. The culture of tolerance and race here is the most admirable. We often have an exclusive mentality. We often feel that if we are not our own people, we will not appear to be so friendly or discriminate against others. However, there is no discrimination or bullying here. Instead, we try to accommodate everyone as much as possible. For example, in restaurants, we can see that there are two kinds of places, Islamic and non-Islamic. Muslims are allowed to avoid eating plates on which pork was once placed. Although the Singapore government has stipulated that people living here should not discriminate against different races, they can enjoy a friendly living environment and live in peace and contentment. In NPY class, there will often be teachers and students to sit down together to discuss the time, put forward their own questions or views, so that teachers can better understand the situation of students in class, but also so that students can exchange their ideas with each other, more interaction, so that learning more perfect. Such a scene is relatively rare in Taiwan Province, due to the influence of culture, leading to students often dare not directly express. (護二一甲 0)

When we were having classes in Singapore, our teachers introduced Singapore's particularly high prevalence of diabetes, the model of home-based care (psychological and physical level), SBL courses, and long-term photos. If I had been studying in Taiwan Province, I would have only been learning about health care and skilled nursing skills. However, when we came here, we visited hospitals, ate local food, and experienced their real education. Being in this environment, we could understand why the prevalence of diseases is high. There are home with long according to the mode, equipment, and Taiwan Province differences, about SBL course, let me realize even if the technology again skilled, in an emergency, priorities, or to immediately determine, at that time in class, the situation happened, because I am afraid of doing wrong, so when doing the next measure to think about, hope to have this experience, I can keep in mind their shortcomings, to improve. This overseas exchange internship in Singapore taught me a lot about Singapore's nursing education and implementation system, as well as Singapore's health promotion. I learned the complete planning of Singapore's long shots and effectively improved the implementation effects of long shots and community nursing. In addition, I learned the most characteristic SBL course in the Nursing Department of Nanyang Technological University from the course and experienced the teaching mode and learning method in Singapore. I also understand the importance of long-term care and community care, because, with the rise of the elderly population, we must pay more attention to long-term photos and community care. (護四一乙 陳0)

The most profound courses of Simulation-based Education(SBE) include simulated patients, who can talk with us and can't predict the symptoms, morbidity, respiratory patterns, blood pressure, and pulse changes, etc. Thus, I have a deep understanding of the importance of clinical response. It is necessary to thoroughly practice the theory and technology to truly and quickly implement the nursing and give the best nursing measures in the clinic. In Nanyang polytechnic, we have learned from teachers' courses and students' reports that health promotion policies are very active in overseas governments. For example, the prevalence of diabetes is related to lifestyle, diet culture, values, and other habits. As a result, the prevalence of diabetes in Singapore is particularly high. (護二一丙 0)

It is really different for us to come to Singapore this time to learn about their care and care mode. Let's take long-term care as an example. Compared with Taiwan Province, Singapore has really done a very good job. Not only in the medical field but the part that has returned to the community is also even more severe. Taiwan Province pays more attention to hospitals and nursing homes. However, Singapore has made a lot of preparations for the return to the community even when the elderly are still in the hospitals and nursing homes. We hope that they can return to their daily lives in a very stable way so that they can live on their own, not different from the average people. (護二一甲 0)
